Russian invaders continue their offensive in the Tavria direction. In particular, as a result of the assault operations, the enemy entrenched himself in the Tavriysky district.

This is evidenced by the data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the situation with the Russian invasion of Ukraine, published on the morning of April 28.

What is the situation in the Tavriysky region as of April 28

• According to the operational information of the General Staff, enemy units continue to conduct demonstration actions and maneuvers in the Tavriysky direction . Their task is to mislead and prevent the overturning of Ukrainian troops in other directions.
• As a result of the assault actions, Russian troops entrenched themselves in the Tavriysky region.
• Also, the enemy is trying to fire at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Aleksandrovka and Novaya Zarya, and in the areas of the settlements of Stanislav and Molodetskoye is building up units of rocket and cannon artillery.

In addition, in order to correct and evaluate the results of fire damage, the invader conducted aerial reconnaissance in the Zatoka area.
