Occupiers lost another drone/General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian defenders continue to inflict crushing losses on the Russian occupiers. In particular, in the South, they once again destroyed an enemy drone and other equipment.
Our soldiers also managed to shoot down the invaders' cruise missile. Enemies fired it across the Odessa region.
Defenders shot down 3 cruise missiles
In OK “South” they said that on the line of collision in the Kherson and Nikolaev regions, Russian invaders continue military operations along the occupied line. They also carry out the improvement of the fortification equipment of their positions. At the same time, on May 21, the invaders did not create new strike groups and did not conduct an active offensive.
Instead (the enemy – channel 24) carried out aerial reconnaissance of our positions, but in punishment for this, he lost the reconnaissance drone “Orlan-10” with an accurate shot of our fighters. The same fate befell a cruise missile aimed at the Odesa region before dawn, – noted in OK “South”.
Ukrainian defenders also inflicted a fire defeat on the control and observation post of one of the strike formations of the Russians in the Kherson region. So, the enemy lost control of units. In general, during the day, as a result of rocket and artillery strikes by our soldiers with the support of aviation, the invaders lost:
- 29 military,
- modernized T-72B3 tank,
- self-propelled howitzer “Msta-S” and other armored vehicles.
In addition, the defenders destroyed 2 enemy large-caliber guns “Hyacinth” and self-propelled high-power weapon “Pion”.

- About 28,850 invaders have been eliminated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine.

- Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine once again shot down a Russian Orlan-10 drone and eliminated more than 20 pieces of equipment, including 5 tanks, 4 artillery systems, 10 units of armored vehicles and 2 cars.
