The day before, the local publication Bessarabia Inform reported that on April 2, in the village of Priozernoye, Suvorov village council, at about 17:30, four men in green military uniforms and with machine guns forcibly dragged a 14-year-old boy into a white bead and drove him to the side village of Krasny Yar, Kiliya territorial community.
But when the men found out the boy’s age, they let him go on the highway, said Oksana Terzi, head of social protection for the population of the Suvorov village council. According to her, the minor was subjected to physical and psychological violence.
It is known that the guy, his brother and younger sister are complete orphans, who are cared for by their grandmother. Twin brothers study in the eighth grade at a school in the village of Priozernoye.
Oksana Terzi noticed that the guy was quite short, but broad-shouldered and looked exactly his age.
How the incident happened
According to Oksana Terzi, the guy was walking along the central street of Priozerny to his girlfriend. A white minibus stopped next to him, from which three soldiers ran out with machine guns, grabbed him and dragged him into the car. It is reported that the men were wearing balaclavas, so the guy could only see their eyes.
The head of the social welfare department said that the guy was hit on the back several times with a machine gun because he resisted, and his hands were tied with a plastic tie.
When the attackers found out that the guy was 14 years old, they pulled him out of the bus, removed the zip ties and ordered him to remain silent about the incident.
From the place where he was dropped off, the minor had to walk five to seven kilometers home.
The first to know about the incident was the Ukrainian language teacher who teaches to the guy. And she told her grandmother that she sells candles in the church. The guy himself serves as a sexton at the temple, so he is well known.
The incident was immediately reported to the police and the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office. The Odessa office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights was also reported.
