In the occupied territories, women are verified at enterprises for mobilization/panorama.pub

In the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the enemy, they began to conduct a reconciliation of women working at all enterprises. Probably, in this way they form the basis for mobilization.

We are talking about a list of certain professions that the infidels consider necessary for their army. This was announced on May 15 by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova.

What professions are of interest to Russians

territories began to carry out covert mobilization, it was known earlier. They began to literally “catch” men through the streets.

At the same time, for the first time, reports began to arrive from the occupied territories regarding the “reconciliation” of women. Which list of professions did the infidels present:

  • accountant;
  • cook;
  • nurse;
  • laboratory assistant;
  • driver;
  • machinist;
  • cleaner.

Now all representatives of these professions aged from 18 to 45 years old. Information about the formation of such a reserve so far comes only from the territories of the pro-Russian quasi-republics of Donbass.

What is the situation with conscription of men

The male part of the population of the occupied parts of Ukraine is also conscripted. All residents of the occupied regions under the age of 60 must come to the military registration and enlistment offices for verification.

For example, all men who are registered in the city of Saki and the Saki district are summoned to the commissariats from May 16 to May 20. In other territories, there are other established time frames.

Why this cannot be done

On May 13, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kirill Budanov, confirmed that there was a covert mobilization in Russia. However, they can do whatever they want there, but mobilization in the occupied territories is prohibited by international humanitarian law. More about this is stated in Article 51 IV of the Geneva Convention:

  • Even in times of war there must be protection for the civilian population. In particular, the occupying state is prohibited from forcing the inhabitants to force the occupied region to take up arms.
  • This also applies to the involvement of armed formations in the auxiliary forces. That is, residents of Donbass cannot even be made cooks for the Russian army.
  • Such persons are classified as being protected, that is, they are in the power of a party to the conflict or an occupying state.

Please note Attention! In the last century, Adolf Hitler mobilized the inhabitants of the occupied territories. He often used these people as cannon fodder. More about the similarity of Vladimir Putin with the previous world leader of Nazism – at the link.
