In the morning, Russian artillery struck Cossack Lopan, Kharkov region, and there were wounded civilians.

This was reported by the Kharkov regional prosecutor's office.

The shelling occurred around 09:15, Russian invaders fired artillery at a private residential area. Houses and outbuildings were damaged.
