On September 9, the invaders shelled the village of Bolshaya Pisarevka in the Sumy region. A direct hit was recorded in the therapeutic department.
Dmitry Zhivitsky, the head of the Sumy OVA, said that the explosion occurred at about 09:00. The Russians actually completely destroyed the roof of a one-story hospital building.
According to Zhivitsky, the walls in the hospital were damaged and the windows with frames were broken. All property inside burned down. In addition, as a result of the shelling, the following were damaged:
- the building of the lyceum;
- 2 private houses;
- kindergarten.

Zhivitsky said that 30 windows were broken in the kindergarten building. In particular, the catering department and the boiler room were damaged.
Also, the rooms inside are littered with fragments from broken windows. The furniture inside the kindergarten was also damaged. Fortunately, there were no children in this kindergarten. But eight people were injured, with injuries of varying severity, the report says.
The injured are being provided with medical assistance.
