“At 14:00, the operational dispatch service of the Buchansky district received a message about an explosion in a field in the village of Lipovka, Makarov settlement community. A group of pyrotechnic works of the State Emergency Service was sent to the place of the call,” the rescuers said.

In the Chernihiv region, a tractor ran over an explosive object in the forest. The man who was driving suffered a leg injury. He was hospitalized.
