5 Ukrainians were released from captivity in Kherson region/collage 24 channel
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, five citizens of Ukraine were released from enemy captivity. Three civilians were among those released.

Budanov is involved in the release of prisoners
The head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kirill Budanov, headed the Coordinating headquarters for prisoners. Budanov replaced the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Occupied Territories, Irina Vereshchuk, in this post.

On June 28, it became known that the Russian invaders took the mayor of the temporarily occupied Kherson, Igor Kolikhaev, to an unknown destination. The Kherson mayor was detained by employees of the National Guard and the FSB. The location of the mayor of Kherson is still unknown.
