According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, 25 Ukrainians voluntarily took positions in the territorial divisions of the “Dneprovsky, Korabelny and Suvorovsky city police departments of Kherson of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kherson region”, created by the Russian occupation authorities.

In pseudo-positions, they were part of “investigative and operational teams”, which were engaged in illegal searches, falsification of criminal cases, detention of citizens, prosecution and imprisonment under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
