SBU seized funds of Russian companies/Collage of Channel 24
< strong _ngcontent-sc88="">The founders and ultimate beneficiaries of four local businesses in the Kharkiv region are Russian citizens. The two are linked and supported the war on the territory of the aggressor country.
This was reported on June 16 in the SBU. The companies' assets amounted to UAH 40 million.
“Two of these enterprises are linked and trade in Russian balancing and measuring equipment. Their parent structure in Russia supports armed aggression against Ukraine,” the ministry said.
Where will the money go
Another 2 companies were engaged in wholesale and retail trade in different regions of Ukraine. Kyiv District Court of Kharkov decided to seize the movable and immovable property and corporate rights of these companies. All this is transferred to the Agency for Tracing and Asset Management.
How the attackers acted
According to information Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the officials of these Russian companies during 2021-2022 laundered proceeds that they obtained by criminal means. In particular, they legalized the money received as a result of non-payment of taxes. They carried out monetary transactions with the founding enterprises of Russia.

The assets of a Belarusian oil company were seized in Ukraine. It has to do with financing the war against Ukraine. The prosecutor's office has already transferred 20 million hryvnias to Arma.
The SBU said that the company had Belarusian state-owned enterprises among its founders, bought raw materials from Russia and paid taxes to the budgets of both countries. The company worked in Kyiv and other regions. The founders of the enterprise are CJSC “Belarusian Oil Company” and the republican unitary enterprise “PO “Belorusneft”.
