The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valeriy Zaluzhny, said that the Ukrainian military had already liberated 24 settlements in the Kharkiv region from occupation oppression. Among them is the village of Kutuzovka, whose inhabitants lived in the basement for more than 2 months.

According to him, about 170 local residents of Kutuzovka stayed in the basement of the kindergarten for more than 2 months – people were hiding from the shelling of Russian invaders and were afraid to go outside.
