Occupiers make newborns in the occupied Kharkiv region “Russians”/Babel
The Russian elite has not decided that to do with the occupied territories of Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Putin is considering both the option of direct annexation and the creation of the next quasi-republics.
According to Channel 24 sources in the Ukrainian special services, in the mode of some misunderstanding of the further development of the situation, the occupiers act as if Russia has already annexed the occupied territories to itself. The invaders are trying to introduce their own document flow, although sometimes they have not even formed “local administrations”.
If in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the Russian invaders allegedly control the situation more and are already in full swing recruiting collaborators, stealing grain and introducing the ruble zone , then in part of the Kharkiv region the situation is completely different.
They plan to hide behind women and children
- Russian war criminals realize that they control only a small part of the Kharkiv region, and because of the need to conduct both offensive and and defense operations, they cannot fully concentrate their forces on preparations for annexation.
- Nevertheless, criminal intelligence officers ordered to carry out large-scale terror of the civilian population.
- The invaders are looking for Ukrainian activists, trying to promote propaganda narratives and suppress likely protests.
- In addition, the Russians are fully preparing for a possible counteroffensive by the defenders of Ukraine. Probably, if the occupiers have to retreat, they will organize the forced departure of the civilian population to the aggressor country.
Most of all, Russian generals rely on the fact that in the event of counterattacks they will take mothers with small children with them. To do this, they secured themselves “legally” and ordered that newborns receive the “correct” documents.
So, throughout the occupied Kharkiv region, women who have recently given birth are sent to Kupyansk according to documents. They are issued a birth certificate with the indication “Belgorod region, Kupyansky district.” Of course, obtaining certificates indicating that the Kharkiv region belongs to the Belgorod region is forced. The Muscovites deliberately created a humanitarian catastrophe in the region and made it so that you can receive “humanitarian aid” or money for a child only after registering the baby.
In fact, in this way, the invaders are simultaneously preparing to both stay in the Kharkov region and flee from her under the guise of “Russians”.
The generals, together with the intelligence officers responsible for the information war, are collecting addresses where families with small children live. When retreating, war criminals plan to put women with babies on armored vehicles. In the event of a tragedy, the Russians will talk about how “the Armed Forces of Ukraine are killing Russian children.” And if such crimes do not lead to the death of civilians, Russian television will show how “they heroically saved their own under explosions.”
Very few collaborators
< p> In addition, the invaders admit that the civilian population and most officials do not agree with the occupation at all. Despite the Russian-speaking and propaganda, the population treats the invaders as enemies. Voluntary cooperation with the Russian army was agreed mainly by representatives of local organizations of the Opposition Platform for Life, as well as employees of the UOC-MP.
The invaders do not know how to change the attitude of people towards the Russian military. They hope that strengthening propaganda will help them turn the tide – turning off the broadcast of Ukrainian channels and constantly showing Russian political shows. that “people themselves will choose whether to be part of Ukraine.”
