In the Kharkiv region, a rescuer came under Russian shelling while putting out a fire. He is currently in the hospital.
The State Emergency Service reported that on May 23, 2022, a fire broke out in one of the settlements in the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian shelling.
The flame immediately engulfed 3 private houses on a total area of about 800 square meters. During the extinguishing, a rescuer of the 27th State Fire and Rescue Unit was injured.
All because of Russian shelling, which began at the time of the elimination of the fire. The injured rescuer is currently being treated at the hospital. Fortunately, there is no threat to his life.
