In the Donetsk region on July 12, Russian invaders tried to advance in the direction of Disputed – Ivano-Daryevka. However, the invaders suffered losses from the dagger fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The invaders randomly retreated.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the data as of 18.00 on July 12. Ukrainian defenders and defenders have been heroically defending their native land for 139 days already.
When trying to advance in the direction of Spirno – Ivano-Daryevka, the enemy suffered losses from the dagger fire of our defenders and randomly retreated, – the report says.
In addition, the Ukrainian defenders successfully repulsed several enemy assaults in the area of Dementievka, Kharkiv region.
Near Krasnopolye, Dovgenkiy, Mazanovka and Ivanovka, the enemy conducted assault operations in order to improve tactical position. However, the Ukrainian defenders skillfully defended themselves and inflicted significant losses on the invaders.
“A hostile reconnaissance attempt near the Valley ended with the same result,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that as of July 12, 37,450 infidels had already been eliminated. Also managed to destroy:
- tanks – 1,649 units,
- armored combat vehicles – 3,829 units,
- artillery systems – 838 units,
- MLRS – 247 units,
- air defense systems – 109 units,
- aircraft – 217 units,
- helicopters – 188 units.
