Damage of the main gas pipeline in the Kharkiv region affected the Donetsk region. All gas boiler houses in the region have suspended their work.
This was announced by the head of the Donetsk Regional Office Pavel Kirilenko. The shutdowns of the boiler houses were forced and emergency.
When the boiler houses will resume operation
Pavel Kirilenko said that after the shutdown of the boiler houses, repair teams were formed to urgently detect and inspection of the emergency site and carrying out restoration work. However, it is impossible to predict the timing of their implementation.
How quickly the repairmen will be able to resume the operation of the gas pipeline will depend on the nature of the damage and its scale. I will report additionally on the progress of work, the launch of boiler houses and the restoration of gas and heat supply in the region,” Kirilenko said.
The situation in the Donetsk region
On the night of December 27, the Russians carried out sporadic shelling of settlements in the region along the front line. In particular, the village of Ostrovnoye of the Kurakhov community was under enemy fire. The enemy damaged a cultural institution, a shop and 5 private houses.
In the morning, the Russians fired on Avdiivka from Gradov. Fortunately, there are no casualties. The consequences of the attack are set. In the village of Ivanovsky, Bakhmut community, as a result of shelling, 1 person was injured. A store was damaged in Bakhmut, and a garage in Vremenny Yar.
The Russians also fired on the Liman and Seversk communities of the region.
