When asked whether Tishchenko was involved, she said that “there are people in balaclavas, so it will take time to establish their identities”. According to her, two criminal cases have been opened under the article on intentional minor bodily injury and the article on illegal deprivation of liberty or kidnapping of a person.

The Kraken special forces unit reported on its Telegram channel that the man who was attacked in Dnipro is their former serviceman.

— A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the incident, investigative actions are ongoing. We do not interfere with the investigation, but we are closely monitoring its progress. The consequence of such incidents should be the real establishment of justice, — the unit's message says.

What Tishchenko himself says

The media reported that Tishchenko came to Dnipro to “fight illegal offices and bot farms”.

The MP claims that during searches at illegal bot farms, police officers were allegedly attacked.

He published a video in which a police officer is talking with, presumably, Pavlov and two other men. Tishchenko said that “a friend of one of the organizers of fraudulent bot farms” hit the investigator several times and allegedly tried to escape.

Tishchenko also published a photo, probably of Pavlov, calling him the “attacker”. The deputy called him a representative of the “power block” in an organized criminal group, who allegedly was supposed to disrupt the investigative actions.
