The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has authorized the issuance of a temporary permit for a child to travel abroad through the Diya mobile application.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov. According to him, this service will be completely free.
How to obtain permission for a child to travel in the Diya application
According to the minister, everything will work very simply. It is necessary that both parents have the Diya mobile application.

One of them must submit an application for permission for the child to leave, and the second must give consent in the application using Diya.Pidpis.
Then the data is automatically entered into the State Register of Civil Status Acts, and Ukrainian border guards will be able to check all the information online.
The minister noted that this service will be completely free. At the same time, the method of obtaining consent from a notary will remain available to parents.
