The Russian special service recruited the perpetrators when they were looking for easy money in Telegram channels.

Enemy henchmen scouted the locations of railway power equipment, and then photographed them to coordinate targets with the Russians.

After approval from the Russian curator, the saboteurs set fire to the objects using a flammable mixture. This is how they tried to destroy four relay cabinets.

After the objects caught fire, the attackers filmed it on video and recorded the time, date and location of the sabotage.
