As the investigation established, seven men served in the TCC security company, who are players and coaches of the local professional football team.
However, all seven men did not report for duty or perform any military duties.
In April of this year, the State Bureau of Investigation completed the investigation into this case.
The court found the official guilty of negligent attitude towards military service (Part 4 of Article 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The accused sincerely repented and fully compensated for the damage caused to the state. Taking this into account, the court imposed a fine on him in the amount of 221 thousand UAH.
During the pre-trial investigation, the defendant was suspended from his duties. He was then transferred to serve in another unit.
