The representative of the operational command “South” Natalia Gumenyuk said on the air of the telethon that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two units of heavy artillery, five units of armored vehicles and four boats prepared by the Russians, writes Channel 24 .

“This is all in the direction from the Kinburn Spit to the Left Bank Islands,” Gumenyuk said.
She also noted that the occupiers can bring forces and weapons to the Kinburn Spit from the temporarily occupied left-bank part of the Kherson region.

Gumenyuk stressed that during trips to the narrow end of the Kinburn Spit, the Russians shelled the Ochakovsky district and the Kutsurub community.
In addition, the invaders are deploying a position for shelling the Dnieper-Bug estuary, which refrains from drawing the Nikolaev region to participate in the grain agreement. However, the speaker noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine oppose the invaders and destroy their equipment every day.

Why does Russia need the Kinburn Spit
