Ukrposhta issued new commemorative stamps for the Day of the Marines, which was celebrated on May 23. The goods cannot complain about the demand – incredible queues have formed at the post offices since the very morning.

When people realized that they would not be able to buy the stamps, they did not put up with the situation and called the police. People were outraged by the fact that there were not enough stamps for everyone, although they had been told otherwise before. A patrolman who arrived at the scene recorded the appeal of citizens.
The director of Ukrposhta in Ternopil, Lyubov Grinchishin, is trying to reassure people – this is only the first batch, the goods will be delivered and there will be enough for everyone, and stamps can now be purchased via the Internet.
According to our counting the stamps is enough this time, they should be enough for everyone. This is just the first entry. These are the stamps that have already been printed. We expect the next batch of stamps on May 27, and there will be another third stage, because we have an agreement with printing houses, they print such batches,” she explained.
