Large-scale fires do not subside in Russia and not everything can be brought under control. A huge landfill in Yakutsk has not been extinguished for the third day already.
Work to eliminate the fire in the capital of Yakutia is still ongoing, Russian media reported. As of May 26, the total fire area is 11,000 square meters.
The fire spread because the Russians were unable to extinguish it
Overnight The Russians carried out extinguishing work on an area of 3,000 square meters. From the general – this is very little.
Local media noted that since the discovery of the fire, on May 24, more than 10 units of the necessary equipment have been working at the landfill around the clock.
