On the night of September 17, Russian air defense allegedly repelled a drone attack.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported at two o'clock in the morning that one drone had been destroyed over the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, and at half past five – another one over the Domodedovo district of the Moscow region.< /p>
By the way, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed at 04:20 that the UAV was landed in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region adjacent to Domodedovo.
Now watching
< p>It is not yet known whether the mayor of the capital and representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported about one drone or different ones.
Doubts creep in, if only because the Ministry of Defense did not report anything about the crash of a drone in Orel.

And the governor of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, noted at that time that at 03:50 the aircraft “fell on a non-residential object in the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city.”
Klychkov stated that the scene of the incident was cordoned off, the situation is under complete control, and there are supposedly no casualties.
However, after information about the fire in Oryol began to spread online, the governor had to make adjustments to his nightly message.
After this, Andrei Klichkov added that “the open burning of a fuel tank on the territory of an industrial facility in the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Orel has been completely eliminated”, although he had not previously mentioned anything about the fire.
While drones were flying in Russia, the planes had to make a forced stop.
In particular, due to the introduction of the Carpet regime, there were changes in the schedule of Moscow airports.
So, at two o’clock in the morning at the airports Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo, according to Russian media, 29 flights were delayed and nine cancelled.
