In the capital of Russia, the ex-adviser to the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, banker Pyotr Chuvilin, mysteriously died. He was one of the key witnesses in the case of Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko, as well as the former head of the liquidated Incredbank and Capital Trade Bank.
According to Russian media, Chuvilin was treated in a private clinic in Moscow.
