Many Ukrainians were forced to move to Poland against the backdrop of a full-scale war against Russia. It became known that some Ukrainian migrants will be able to receive financial assistance there.
Not all migrants will be able to receive payments. We are talking about only one category of people.
Who can receive financial assistance and how
IDPs with children will receive financial assistance. Money can be provided to those families of Ukrainians who have arrived in the country since February 24.
The initiative itself will start working as early as March 26. We are talking about the state program to support families with children called “Family 500+”.
Ukrainians with children will receive assistance monthly. It will amount to PLN 500 for each child. In order to receive payments, you must fill out a special form on the ZUS e-services platform.
To apply, you must have:
- PESEL number;
- bank account;
- Polish phone number.
