A man exploded in the Odessa region

A tragic incident occurred on June 11 in the Odessa region. In the village of Gribovka, despite the ban, a man went to rest on the beach with his family. He wanted to check the depth, but came across a Russian mine. Unfortunately, he died.

A sad incident happened to a family of internally displaced people from the Donetsk region. Another man miraculously managed to survive. We found out that this is one of the mines that Russian ships placed in the Black Sea. Several more munitions were brought to the coast during the week.

The Black Sea is mined

  • Russia deliberately replaced the Black Sea and deployed its fleet so that Ukraine could not export grain and other goods. The Black Sea ports are blocked.
  • Russian mines are carried away not only to the Ukrainian coast. For example, back in March, Turkey and Romania discovered these munitions drifting in the sea.
  • The exact number of Russian explosives in the Black Sea is still unknown. According to experts, there may be up to 600 enemy mines in the sea.
  • Therefore, people are urged to be especially careful. If you see a mine, you should immediately move away and call the police.
