A fire was extinguished in a shopping and entertainment center in Odessa region/telegrams of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
Russian invaders have been actively shelling Odessa and the region since the beginning of May. In the past 24 hours alone, the enemy fired 7 missiles, hitting the shopping center.
It happened at about 22:35. The invaders fired at the shopping and entertainment center.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as a result of enemy rocket attacks, a fire broke out, which was eliminated at 01:20. The burning area was 1000 square meters. 3 people were injured, and 35 people and 7 pieces of equipment of the State Emergency Service were involved in extinguishing.
On the same evening, due to a missile strike in the Suvorovsky district of Odessa, 3 warehouses of finished products caught fire on a total area of โโ1,200 meters. At 01:30 the fire was extinguished. As a result of the shelling, 1 person was killed and 2 injured.

We add that on May 9 the Russian invaders launched 7 missiles in Odessa. Enemies hit two civilian infrastructure facilities. It is known about the wounded and the dead person. The enemy sought out strategic objects in such a way that obsolete missiles managed to hit “extremely dangerous objects”, including:
- shopping center;
- composition of finished products for wide consumption.

According to the mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, the Russians got into the enterprise, where the work process continued. Trukhanov noted that this enterprise has nothing to do with military infrastructure. There were no weapons or ammunition depots.
South Command explained that Russia continues to exert psychological pressure and hysterical attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure.
Pay attention! Approximately at 21 o'clock on May 9, the city authorities of Odessa said that the invaders from the Tu-22 strategic aviation aircraft fired 3 Kinzhal missiles in the Odessa region. As a result of this attack, they hit tourist infrastructure and destroyed 5 buildings. The fire was extinguished, two injured people were taken to the hospital.
We add that on May 9, on Europe Day, the head of the European Council, Charles Michel, visited Odessa to demonstrate support for Ukraine. Despite the visit, the enemies continued to attack the Odessa region. In the region and the city, an air alert was announced at least 14 times a day. During one of them, Charles Michel and Denis Shmygal had to hide in a shelter.
