The State Emergency Service reported that on March 29, at about 08:45 in Nikolaev, as a result of shelling and falling into a 9-story administrative the building was destroyed in its central section.

As of 09:25, rescuers extracted 9 injured people from under the rubble. They have already been handed over to the doctors. The search is still ongoing. For rescue work, 56 people and 10 pieces of equipment were attracted from the State Emergency Service. He noted that the Russians waited for people to go to work and struck. He also released a photo of a huge hole in the building, which was formed after the shelling of the invaders.
