The Nikolaev police began an investigation into the fact of leaving citizens in a dangerous place during an air raid raid.
This was reported on December 16 by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Nikolaev region.
It is noted that an air raid alert was declared during a mass event in Nikolaev, and participants in the event were denied access to a civil defense shelter, police reported.
