Over the past three weeks, the UK has transferred part of the military assistance to Ukraine that was previously announced.
This was announced by British Defense Minister Grant Shapps on his Twitter (X).

The Minister provided a report that “in a hurry” done by the UK to support the men and women in Ukraine who are fighting on the front lines for freedom.

Shapps reported that since the UK increased aid funding for Ukraine to £3 billion three weeks ago, there was:
- 80 air defense missiles were sent (100 missiles should be delivered by the end of the month);
- long-range surveillance and reconnaissance drones were transferred;
- over 30 pallets of spare parts were delivered, as well as vital spare parts, including mine action equipment;
- over 1 million ammunition delivered (various types);
- 20 protected Viking landing vehicles were transferred;
- more than 4 thousand units of military clothing were delivered;
- more than 20 mine clearance systems were transferred to destroy Russian minefields.

Recall that during a visit to Kyiv earlier this month, British Foreign Secretary David Cameron said that Ukraine has the right to use British weapons to strike targets on Russian territory.
According to him, Ukraine itself decides how to use the received equipment, no reservations regarding this are discussed.
