Such cases are not uncommon in temporarily occupied territories. For example, only on September 12 in Lugansk, an occupying truck ran over a woman to death at a pedestrian crossing.
Then the occupying fuel truck drove through a red light and ran over the woman. After which, he did not stop and continued moving. Eyewitnesses noted that the woman died on the spot.
Moreover, she lay on the road for a long time, because neither drivers nor passers-by were in a hurry to give her first aid, or at least call an ambulance.
