What is known about “Achilles”

He served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine from 2007 to 2008. After that, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Polytechnic College. In 2012, he entered the Luhansk National University of Internal Affairs.

In 2014, Eduard went to war without hesitation. He entered the volunteer battalion “Donbass”. And already in 2015 he went to serve in the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Cold Yar”. In it, he continued to fight for the future of Ukraine until demobilization in 2020.

On the morning of February 24, my brother was one of the first to stand in line at the military registration and enlistment office. During the three months of the war, he accounted for dozens of destroyed enemy equipment and several dozens – and maybe hundreds – of destroyed invaders, – the brother of the Hero proudly said.

The call sign “Achilles” fully justified itself, since the man always showed incredible courage. The twin brothers, who defended Ukraine side by side with Eduard, also speak about this.

If all of them could come to say goodbye to Eduard, then the front would be left without defenders. Each scout of the famous 93rd brigade was honored to carry out combat missions together with the Achilles, added the brother of the deceased soldier.
