Russian oppositionists will create a center of armed struggle in Kyiv. The Declaration of Cooperation will be signed by the Freedom of Russia Legion, the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army.
In addition, on August 31, a common Political Center will be created, which will be headed by Ilya Ponomarev informs Channel 24. The declaration will establish the principles of the activities of the Russian armed opposition. Its goal was to fight the Putin regime on both sides of the front.
The declaration will be signed in the Kyiv region – at the place where the battles were fought with the Russian invaders. Further, a round table on the topic “Armed Russian Opposition and the Future of Ukrainian-Russian Relations” will be held in Kyiv. It was announced that Alexey Arestovich, Anton Gerashchenko and Mustafa Dzhemilev would take part in it.
In addition, Mark Feigin, Gennady Gudkov and Alexander Morozov will join online.

The Freedom of Russia Legion was formed in March 2022. He is fighting together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the Russian invaders. This includes:
- Russian citizens who lived on the territory of Ukraine until February 24, 2022;
- Russian soldiers who voluntarily surrendered;
- Russians, arrived from different countries.
The Russian Volunteer Corps was formed from units of Russian volunteers who have been fighting against the Russian occupiers since 2014.
The National Republican Army is a partisan network operating in the territory Russia.
