Investigators from the Pechersk Police Department are investigating an accident at an attraction in Kyiv under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- violation of safety rules by a person who is obliged to comply with them, if this violation created a threat of death (Part 2 of Article 272 of the Criminal Code);
- official negligence resulting in the death of a person (Part 3 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code).
