A temperature record was recorded in Kyiv – on October 31, the maximum air temperature in the afternoon reached +21.7°C. This is 1.2°C higher than the previous record in 1926.

This was reported by the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory.

In addition, October 30 was also the warmest in the capital in recent years.
