In the Kyiv region, a child found a combat grenade while walking on a private property.

The incident was recorded in the village of Ozera, Buchansky district, Kyiv region, on the territory of a private plot.
The child's parents immediately contacted the Rescue Service. A team of sappers from the Mobile Rescue Center of the Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine arrived at the scene.

Experts identified the munition as a VOG-25P fragmentation grenade, which posed a real threat to life.
The grenade was seized and transported to a blasting site for destruction.
Rescuers once again call on parents to explain to their children that they should not touch any suspicious objects.
