The relevant information was reported on August 31 to the Kyiv City State Administration. The decision was made by the Council of Defense of the city of Kyiv.

In Kyiv, from On September 1, catering establishments will be able to work no later than until 10 p.m., the Kyiv City State Administration reported.
They remembered that there is a curfew in Kyiv every day from 11 p.m., which must be strictly observed. In particular, in order to:
- not create conflict situations with law enforcement and defense forces;
- not endanger yourself and other citizens.
Under what conditions can the curfew be lifted in Ukraine
The curfew in Ukraine operates in all regions except for Transcarpathia.
Candidate of Economic Sciences and independent expert Oleksandr Khmelevskiy explained to 24 channels, that if the war goes into a protracted phase and continues only in certain regions, and the air strikes become less intense, then the curfew may be lifted in a number of areas.
Currently canceled no curfew is expected in any of the areas. Moreover, in the fall, the duration of the curfew in many regions may be increased. This is due to the increase in the duration of the dark part of the day, – said Alexander Khmelevsky.
However, he added: if there is talk about the abolition of the curfew, then in the western and central regions this may happen earlier.
