Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration/OVA Serhiy Gaidai spoke about this on the air of a joint telethon. He noted that the ambulance was shot on the highway.

According to Gaidai, 18 April civilians tried to independently evacuate from Kremennaya, the fighting for which went on for three days. However, the car with passengers was brutally shot by the Russian military.
Four people were killed, one man was injured. He managed to crawl away, – says Gaidai.
The city tried to help him. An ambulance left for the wounded, but they also fired on it.
We hope that the person will reach the nearest settlement, and they will be able to pick him up there, – added the head of the Regional Police Department.
