In the Kherson region, Russians are looking for so-called abandoned land plots in the temporarily captured territories of Ukraine — households belonging to residents who left the occupation.
Occupiers' plans to sell the property of Ukrainians
According to the Center for National Resistance, this primarily concerns the occupied part of the Kherson region.
— Now the local “grain operator”, which was created to forcibly take grain from farmers, is compiling lists of lands whose owners left the region because of the “liberators”, — the report says.
As noted by the Center for National Resistance, Russian occupiers plan to put Ukrainian land plots up for sale in 2025, that is, in fact, to take them away from their legal owners.

The Center for National Resistance noted that any pseudo-documents issued by the Russian occupation administration have no legal force and are effectively null and void.
