In the Kharkiv region, at night, a citizen liable for military service, while attempting to escape from the territorial recruitment center (TRC), fell out of a window on the third floor of the administrative building due to his own carelessness.

According to the military, the man suffered injuries to his limbs, ribs and head as a result of the fall. An emergency medical team quickly took the injured man to the hospital.

An official investigation was conducted into the incident and it was established that there were no illegal actions against the conscript on the part of the district TCC representatives.
“The incident occurred solely due to the carelessness and reckless actions of the citizen himself, who, by evading his military duty, put his own life and health at risk,” the TCC emphasized.
