People's deputy Saltykov was kidnapped in Kakhovka/Facebook Valery Saltykov
In the occupied Kakhovka, the Russians kidnapped one of the deputies of the regional council. People's Deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan said that the invaders had kidnapped a member of the European Solidarity party Valery Saltykov.
The man was kidnapped by Russian militants on April 7 in Kakhovka. Saltykov represented the European Solidarity party in the Kherson Regional Council.
Also, Saltykov was the head of the Kakhovka regional administration. Now it is not known where he is being held hostage.
