In the Italian city of Turin, an Aermacchi MB-339-PAN jet aircraft from the Frecce Tricolori aerobatic team of the Italian Air Force crashed during takeoff.
This was reported by La Stampa.
The disaster occurred around 15 :30 Kiev time. The plane gradually began to lose altitude, and then fell to the ground and caught fire. The pilot ejected from the cockpit at the last moment.

After the fall, the plane continued moving and crashed into several cars. In one of them there was a family who watched the aerobatic team prepare for the performance.
As a result of the disaster, a 5-year-old girl died, her 12-year-old younger brother received serious burns and was hospitalized. The child's father and mother, as well as the plane's pilot, are alive and taken to hospital.
The pilot cited an engine problem, presumably caused by birds, as the cause of the crash. An investigation is underway.
