The winter of this year in some regions of Ukraine will not be long in coming. Yes, frost will hit Volyn immediately on the first day of December.
On December 1, in Volyn, the air temperature will drop to -2 degrees, and the next day – to -7 degrees. It will also decrease in the first days of winter.
By mid-December, frosts in Volyn will become stronger
Throughout the month, the air temperature in the region will not rise above 0 degrees. From the middle of the month, the thermometers will drop even lower. In particular, on December 16-18, weather forecasters promise -13…-11 degrees minimum temperature. After that, the temperature will rise by 3-5 degrees.
It will be warmer in the rest of Ukraine
In other western regions, frosts will not be so punctual. In the Lviv region, the air temperature will drop below zero only on 3-5 and 25-28 September. The thermometers will show from -3 to -1 degrees. That is, there will be no severe frosts.
It will be colder in Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia . There, the temperature will often drop to 0 degrees and below. In Kharkiv, frosts are predicted inside and at the end of December.
Let's add that in Odessa and Crimea, weather forecasters do not predict frosts for December. In Kherson on September 11 and 12, the temperature can drop to -2 degrees, and in Nikolaev there will be a little more frosty days.
