In the Dnipropetrovsk region, about 135 miners were trapped at a depth of more than 1.3 thousand meters as a result of an accident at a mine substation.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, rescuing the miners required the use of a complex technology for creating an artificial load on the mine cage, which allowed people to be safely raised to the surface.

According to the State Emergency Service, rescue operations have already been completed.
All 135 miners returned home safe and sound, the State Emergency Service noted for emergency situations.
The accident was eliminated thanks to the joint work of mine rescuers, specialists of the enterprise and other units of the State Emergency Service.
