The corresponding decision was made by the so-called judge of the “Feodosia City Court” Natalya Kulinskaya. The decree provides that the journalist Irina Danilovich, who was kidnapped back in the spring, will spend 7 years in a colony for possession of an explosive device.

It is known that at first Irina Danilovich was kidnapped by FSB officers. Subsequently, she was accused of allegedly keeping an improvised explosive device. Actually, this was the reason for initiating a criminal case against the woman.

In addition to imprisonment in a penal colony for 7 years, the court requires the journalist to pay a fine. Its amount is 50 thousand rubles. Note that the so-called “state prosecutor” Dmitry Lyashchenko demanded a fine of 60 thousand rubles. As for the term of imprisonment, it has not changed.

What is known about the detention of Irina Danilovich

She was kidnapped by FSB officerson April 29. Until May 7, the woman was detained in the basement. She had not received any legal assistance before.

Soon, explosives were allegedly found in her bag, which was seized. So on May 7, the so-called “Kyiv District Court” of Simferopol decided to take her into custody for 2 months.

Already on July 5, it was decided to extend the period of detention for another 2 months. But the fact that the woman was detained a week before the official execution of the relevant documents was ignored by the “judges”.

It was only at the end of July that the journalist managed to convey thatthere is pressure on her in the pre-trial detention center.In particular, employees of the hostile FSB are doing this. It is known that during the transfer to the same courtroom, the woman was injured.

The defense demanded to interrogate 15 witnesses. But on November 7, the “court” rejected the corresponding demand, interrogating only one.

On November 22, information appeared that the administration of the pre-trial detention center was also putting pressure on the illegally convicted woman. They did this in order to avenge regular complaints about violations by the staff of the institution.

Already on November 30, she gave new testimony. Danilovich said that shewas kept in the basement of the FSB for a week,strangled, interrogated with the help of a polygraph. In addition, the journalist was threatened with murder.

The day before, on December 27, debates were held at the court session. During it, the journalist was forced to call an ambulance, because the woman's health worsened due to the lack of medical care in the pre-trial detention center. True, she refused to be hospitalized. It is known that during the debate itself, Danilovich constantly noted that she did not hear anything and did not understand what was happening.

Then shenamed the names of the inhabitants of the peninsula, who had been abducted since 2014. Journalist remembered Reshat Ametov in her last speech. Recall that he is considered the first victim of the annexation of Crimea. According to Danilovich, she expected to add to this list.
