Chapter Vyacheslav Chaus told the Chernihiv OVA that blackout must be strictly observed.
According to him, such cities as Chernihiv, Nizhyn Pryluky and all other settlements are under the threat of rocket attacks and air raids.
Vyacheslav Chaus noted that for the Russian enemy, bright light in the dark period of the day on high-rise buildings is a convenient reference point for flooders and pilots.

Therefore, the operational command “North” and the Chernihiv Regional Military State Administration require strict observance of blackout.
If people violate this rule, apartment buildings and streets will be forcibly turned off from the electricity supply.
