This 46-year-old villain lacks not only civility, but also basic sense of justice. Well, now the attacker is thinking about his behavior in a temporary detention center, – said the head of the Kiev region Andrey Nebitov.
For illegal handling of weapons and hooliganism, he faces up to 7 years in prison. The court will determine his further fate.
