Military Yevgeny Karas about the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine/Channel 24 collage the active phase of the counter-offensive in the war for the second half – the end of summer. First of all, we are talking about the Kherson and Zaporozhye directions of hostilities.
Apparent counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be in the summer
This is indicated by the presence armaments, the positions taken of how actions are developing at the front, and the political contour. Military Yevgeny Karas told Channel 24 about this.
He refers to the words of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, who speaks of the active phase of the offensive in August.
As Evgeny Karas explained, this means that noticeable results will appear within a certain period, and work on to reach them, will start now. Ukrainian troops are preparing operations and “feeling” the front line, so some shifts are already visible. For example, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced quite sharply and unexpectedly near Volnovakha.
Now our troops will slowly creep up, and in August we will see visible results. Such “hoo” as Serpentine, – Karas is convinced.
The current situation at the front: briefly
- In the Kharkiv direction, the Russians focused on defense, but continue to shell settlements using artillery, tanks, MLRS and aviation. The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the offensive of the invaders in the direction of Dementievka.
- The Russians are also shelling towns and villages in the Slavic direction. They tried to go on the offensive in the Bogorodichny area, but suffered significant losses and retreated.
- In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders had partial success in the attack on Verkhnekamenskoye.
- In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy is advancing in the direction of Veselaya Valleys in the area of Disputed, fighting continues there.
- In the Avdeevsky, Novopavlovsky, Zaporizhzhya directions, skirmishes along the entire line of collision.
- In the Yuzhnobuzhsky direction, the Russians are trying to prevent the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are attacking with barrel and jet artillery.
