The editor-in-chief of the portal “Details” (Israel), Emil Shleimovich, told Channel 24 about this, noting that Israeli society has not liked Russia for a long time.

The total number of Israelis who had a negative attitude towards Russia was 73% before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. After – 83%.

How does Netanyahu feel about Russia?

As Shleimovich emphasized, Netanyahu has perceived Putin as a “senior patron” since ancient times. Now many local residents have hope that after Israel’s victory over Hamas, they will be able to get rid of Netanyahu himself. Although he will definitely try to hold on to power.

There is hope that after the war Netanyahu will be removed. Then there will be one less pro-Russian politician in the world. This is only hope for now. Unfortunately, nothing is guaranteed, because he will definitely cling to power,” Shleimovich said.
