In the year and a half of full-scale war, Russia has only failed to launch air attacks on Ukrainian territory twice.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha at a joint press conference with his German counterpart Johann Wadephul in Kyiv.

The map consisted of three colors: red – days of strikes, yellow – days with particularly intense combined attacks (missiles and drones), and green – days without attacks.
“So, during this period, only two squares were green, that is, only twice Ukraine was not subjected to air attacks from Russia,” Sibiga emphasized.
Let us recall that ballistic and cruise missiles differ in design and have different flight trajectories.
In addition to its high speed, a ballistic missile is in almost vertical free fall during the last part of its trajectory to the target, so it is in the air defense's visibility zone for a very short time. To shoot down such a missile, specialized high-speed anti-missile defense systems and missiles capable of intercepting it on its dive trajectory are needed.
